About Andy Smith

Combining her interests in social work and pottery, Andy Smith opened the doors of Island Clay Works & Consulting Services this summer. From a sugar bush on Manitoulin Island, she produces handmade stoneware pottery, including functional and decorative pieces. Featured Frost ware will include distinctive desk organizers, luscious mugs, specialty bowls, and other unique gems.

Hey Andy,
perhaps a series of sugar bush bowls? actually, i said that in jest at first, but then the colours came to mind, and the silvery black lines of the birches around your place and the reds of the maples - might make a nice play on language, form and function. what about syrup decanters?
